Integrating Simulations Into The Engineering Process

Companies are often perplexed when considering the many ways simulations integrate into the design and engineering process.  Using simulations throughout the entire engineering process not only will save money producing less physical prototypes, but will also save time.

Many times simulations provide answers to questions Engineers didn't even know to ask.  Experience a real-time demo showcasing the experience and knowledge gained by integrating simulations into the engineering process.

LED Luminaire Design: Optimization, Analysis & visualization

Learn how SPEOS illumination design, optimization, analysis and visualization software can improve and accelerate LED lighting design. This webinar will guide you through a step-by-step process from model setup through design optimization, analysis, visualization and reporting.

Beginning with an LED model built in SolidWorks or PTC Creo, you will learn how to set up the model in SPEOS including the LED sources and an optimized reflector design, and see how the optimizer can be used to select the best diffuser from a catalog of properties to meet illumination and uniformity goals. You will also get a first-hand look at how to use the tools in SPEOS to visualize and analyze the results including use of an IES file.
