RSS feeds can be viewed through RSS/News Aggregators, also called 'Readers'.
How Do I Subscribe?
Click on the RSS button anywhere throughout the OPTIS website. In the Subscribe Now! section of the FeedBurner webpage select your News Aggregator of choice and click 'Add Now'.
