| Stage | Valbonne - France

Job description

The intern will in join our team that focuses on realistic real-time rendering and virtual reality. OPTIS products feature 1:1 digital mock-up exploration and precise interactions with virtual objects using fingers, using various devices for rendering and 3D position tracking from the physical world.

At first, the intern will have to familiarize himself with virtual reality systems and OPTIS products. Then, after a short review of existing techniques for virtual-physical worlds alignment, some methods will have to be created and documented, probably using measurements and physical objects, but also by slightly modifying the products to add new metrics regarding calibration.
